We all experience those moments. The days when frustration builds up, everything around us feels like a trigger, and our minds are spinning so fast we forget how to just pause.
That is exactly why the I AM MAD Burrito Foldable Tote Bag was brought to life. I made this piece as a small reminder that anger doesn’t make us bad. Sometimes it is just a sign that something matters, something hurts, or something needs space before we respond.
The tote opens into a practical everyday bag and folds down into a compact burrito shape, making it easy to carry, store, or clip onto another bag when not in use.
The maroon red design carries Bubu Atelier’s emotional quote artwork:
“Breathe — you don’t have to react to everything.”
Made from cotton drill fabric with a structured weave, it holds its shape while staying light enough to roll neatly into its burrito form. Inside, there’s a small pocket for pens, notes, cards, lip balm, or tiny essentials.
Each piece is handmade by me in a very small batch. No two are exactly the same — because handmade things, like feelings, are allowed to be a little different.
Before it leaves my little atelier, each bag is lightly scented as a small finishing touch — a gentle detail made to feel comforting when it arrives.

Material: 100% cotton drill fabric
Cotton drill has a structured weave that gives the bag shape and strength, while remaining lightweight and flexible enough to fold into its compact burrito form.
Size: Approx. 37 cm × 42 cm
Roomy enough for daily essentials, notebooks, small groceries, craft supplies, or little things to carry along.
Handle drop: Approx. 27 cm
Comfortable to carry by hand or over the shoulder.
Care instructions:
– Hand wash or machine wash in cold water only
– Do not tumble dry; hang dry only
– Do not iron directly on the printed design; place a cloth or paper between the iron and the fabric
– Do not bleach
Scent note:
Each bag is lightly scented before shipping. The scent is intentionally soft and may naturally fade over time.
