We'd be delighted to get your Labubu's new wardrobe to you as quickly as possible! Once you've placed your order, our team carefully packages each piece with love and ships within 24-48 hours.

To ensure you receive your treasures as swiftly as we can, orders containing different product types may arrive separately—each one beautifully prepared for its journey to you.

The moment your package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way. ✨

A gentle note: We send via signature required post to ensure your precious pieces arrive safely. If you choose 'Authority To Leave,' we're unable to be responsible should the package go missing or be stolen.

How much do I pay for shipping?

We're thrilled to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Your Labubu deserves to arrive at your door beautifully! 💕

How long does shipping take?

We dispatch all our ready-made pieces within 48 hours of your order, handcrafted with care from our Australian studio. Once your treasure leaves our Australian studio:

  • Australia: 2-5 business days
  • International: 7-14 business days (depending on location)

Complimentary shipping is included on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All orders include full tracking so you can follow your package's journey every step of the way. 🎨

How do I track my order?

How exciting—your order is on its way! Your shipping confirmation email will include a 'Track Order' button that takes you directly to live tracking updates, so you can follow every step of your package's journey.

Haven't received your shipping confirmation yet? Do check your spam folder—sometimes it likes to hide there. If you still can't find it, we'd be delighted to help. ✨

Help, I think my order is lost or hasn't been delivered?

While we quote 3-10 business days for standard delivery, we understand that sometimes life happens and packages take a little longer to arrive. Your tracking number may show a 'delayed' delivery date in these cases.

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, please reach out to us. We'd be delighted to investigate with the local post office and help track down your precious pieces. We're here to make this right. 💕

Can I change my shipping address?

We can only send your order to the address provided at checkout. We recommend taking a moment to verify your address carefully before completing your purchase, as we're unable to retrieve packages once they've been delivered to the address on file. If you need to update your address before we ship, please contact us right away—we'd be happy to help if we can! 🎨

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We're thrilled to ship our handcrafted pieces worldwide. Orders over $99 receive complimentary shipping. For orders under $99, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. All orders include full tracking so you can follow your package's journey every step of the way! Are there any customs or import fees?

Any customs duties or import taxes are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local postal service to understand what may apply to your location. We're always here if you have questions! 💕

Every stitch is done by hand (never glued) to ensure lasting quality and that signature couture finish. Our velcro-free closures protect your doll's precious fur while making dressing effortless.

Why don’t you make more pieces at a lower price?

Because doing so would compromise what matters most to me: fit, comfort, and durability.

I choose to make fewer pieces slowly, rather than more pieces quickly.

What makes the quality different?

Many market pieces focus on speed and volume.

I focus on:

What kind of materials do you use?

Every outfit is made from gentle, premium fabrics like cotton blends, soft lace, and floral prints sourced in small batches. We choose materials that look elegant on your Labubu and are kind to its fur — no rough textures, glue, or Velcro that could cause snags.

What makes the product last for long?

Our products last because they’re made with patience and care. Each seam is stitched by hand, not mass-produced, and we choose only quality fabrics and threads. No glue, no Velcro — just real craftsmanship that keeps your Labubu’s outfit strong and lovely for the long run.

Is there any care instruction for the product?

Each Bubu Atelier outfit is handmade with care and delicate materials, so gentle handling will help it stay beautiful for years.

  • 🧵 Hand wash only in cool or lukewarm water using mild detergent.
  • 🚫 Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or bleach.
  • 💨 Air dry naturally, laid flat or hung gently — avoid direct sunlight.
  • 🪡 Avoid twisting, wringing, or pulling lace and bows.
  • 🌸 Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to keep fabrics fresh and colors vibrant.

Every piece is sewn, not glued, which means it’s made to last — treat it like a little couture dress, and it’ll stay as lovely as the day you received it. 💕

Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?

Our products are only sold on our online store, so we do not offer wholesale discounts for reselling. If you are looking to make a bulk personal purchase, please contact us here for more information!

Can I send an order as a gift?

We’re happy to send your order as a gift. Prices will not be included in the package.

Are you stocked in any stores anywhere?

Nope, it’s just us! Our Bubu Atelier products are only available on our online store here.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Do you have a returns policy?

We offer a 14-days return of our products, during which you can return them at any time.

However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 14 days of the delivery/receiving of order.

2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.

This includes attached tags and packaging. You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.

*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.

How long do I have to return the products?

We know the drill – you’ve been needing to return it, but life gets in the way. We are happy to help you return that one, and offer a 14-day return period for you to make that tough decision! Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Your happiness means everything to us! We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If your piece doesn't bring you joy, we'll gladly arrange an exchange or refund (excluding custom orders, as those are made specifically for you).

Please ensure items are unworn and in original condition. Contact us at hi@bubuatelier.com.au and we'll make it right.

Do I have to pay for returns?

We hope you’ll love your Bubu Atelier piece, but if you need to make a return, we completely understand.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Because each piece is handmade in small batches, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly cover the shipping and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Thank you for understanding — as a small handmade atelier, every return policy helps us continue creating special pieces with care and love. 🌷

How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow us a little time to carefully inspect it. As soon as it’s approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

We’ll send you an email confirmation once everything is completed. Thank you for your patience — as a small handmade atelier, we handle each return with the same care we put into creating your piece. 🌷

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 5-10 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant (eg. Afterpay) directly.

Will the outfit fit my Labubu?

Will the outfit fit my Labubu?

Our pieces are designed specifically for standard Labubu dolls (17cm tall). Each outfit is carefully sized and tested to ensure a perfect fit. The velcro-free closures allow for easy dressing while protecting your doll's delicate fur.

If you have a different sized doll, please contact us - we may be able to create a custom piece for you!

What payment types do you offer?

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer Google Pay and Apple Pay too!

Do you have payment plan options?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer any split pay options (like Afterpay, Klarna or ZipPay). These are coming soon though!

How do I use a discount code?

Woo, it’s on sale - so you’re basically saving money (at least, that’s what we tell ourselves when something is on sale). Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.

Made your purchase, and as the payment was loading you realised with horror you hadn’t added your discount? Never fear, that opportunity hasn’t slipped away! Simply contact our helpful team here and they will be happy to help correct this for you.

How do I care for my handmade outfit?

To keep your tiny couture looking beautiful:

  • Hand wash gently in cool water with mild soap
  • Lay flat to dry (never wring or twist)
  • Iron on low heat if needed (test on an inconspicuous area first)
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

With proper care, your handmade pieces will remain treasured keepsakes for years to come.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging each piece with love, but we understand that sometimes mishaps happen in transit. If your Labubu or any item arrives damaged or not quite as expected, please reach out to us at hi@bubuatelier.com.au with photos—we'd be delighted to make it right. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately, no questions asked. Your satisfaction and the happiness of your collection is our priority. ✨

Can I change or cancel my order?

We completely understand—sometimes our hearts change! If you'd like to modify or cancel your order, please email us right away with "CHANGE" or "CANCEL" in the subject line, and we'll do our absolute best to help. If your order has already left our Sydney studio, you'll be able to return it through our returns process.

We work hard to get your treasures to you quickly, so occasionally orders are processed before we can make changes. We recommend taking a moment to review your selections carefully before completing your purchase, but we're always here if you need us! 💕
